Efficient returns handling
Since we understand the importance of professional returns handling from the points of view of both online sellers and their customers, our warehousing system is structured in such a way to simplify the process for all interested parties.

Every recipient of your goods receives a shipping confirmation by e-mail which contains
a link to a return form. This allows your customers to inform you and the warehouse about their wish to return the products, what products are to be returned and why. The form contains a list of delivered products. The customer just has to indicate which products he/she wishes to return and provide the reason.
Marking the returns
After sending the return form, the customer receives a return number in the form of a label which they can print out and attach to the return. They can write the number on their package as well. The address of the warehouse is also on the label.
Returning the goods
The customer sends the goods to be returned at his/her expense by any form of shipment.
Returns handling e-mail notifications
As in the case of deliveries, you and the warehouse staff receive an e-mail notification about the submitted return, containing the information entered in the return form. You can see the information about the return in the customer panel as well.
Verification of returned goods
When the package with the return arrives at the warehouse, the warehouse staff verify it. They check whether the returned items are consistent with the return note and check the condition of the returned goods. To evaluate the condition of the products, they can use the list of things to verify that you prepared (e.g. in the case of clothes – whether they are not dirty or torn or whether they contain all elements of the product etc.).
Photographic documentation of returned goods
After performing the verification and any time that the warehouse staff have doubts about the condition of the returned goods, photographic documentation is prepared. The final decision about the condition and what to do with them is yours.
Acceptance of returns into stock
If the products have been returned in a condition that allows them to be sold, they go to the warehouse and are treated as regular goods. If not, they are marked as damaged to await your decision about their future.
